Packing Photos and Warehouse Videos Before Payment
Before asking for the final balance, we provide clear packing photos and warehouse videos so you can see exactly what is ready to ship. This is not a special request — it is part of our standard procedure for every bulk order.
Visual Proof We Provide Before Payment
When your order reaches the dispatch zone, our QA team prepares a visual proof package for your review. You receive this package before any payment is requested. It includes:
- Carton outer photos showing shipping marks and labels
- Weight and dimension verification for freight calculation
- An open-box video showing inner packaging and product condition
- A warehouse panoramic video showing the full batch

Carton Outer Photos with Shipping Marks
We take high-definition photos of your sealed export cartons. The photos clearly show:
- Custom shipping marks printed on the cartons
- Barcode labels (including FNSKUs for Amazon FBA shipments)
- Overall carton condition and sealing
These photos confirm that the cartons match your labelling instructions before the goods leave our facility.
Weight and Dimension Verification
We photograph each pallet or carton on the industrial scale and against a tape measure. This gives you the exact CBM and gross weight data needed to calculate your final freight cost.
If the actual weight or dimensions differ from the initial estimate, you see it before payment — not after.
Open-Box Video
We record a continuous, uncut video of a randomly selected carton being opened. The video shows:
- Inner packaging (custom bags, inserts, or tissue paper)
- Hangtags and branding elements
- Actual product condition inside the box
The video is unedited and shows exactly one carton being opened from start to finish.
Warehouse Panoramic Video
A wide-angle video shows your entire batch stacked on pallets in our warehouse. This gives you a real-time view of the completed order volume — what you see is what is sitting on our loading dock.
If any discrepancy is spotted, our on-site team can correct it before the goods are handed to the freight forwarder.
Third-Party Inspection
We also welcome final random inspections (FRI) by third-party agencies. If you prefer to have an inspector visit our facility before payment, we will coordinate the arrangement and provide full access to the inspected batch.
