What We Offer
Nanbin is a shapewear and activewear manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China. We provide OEM, ODM, private label, and stock style services for brands of all sizes — from first-time Amazon sellers to established DTC labels.
We work with you at whatever stage you are at. If you have a tech pack, we manufacture to spec. If you only have a product idea, we recommend existing stock styles and customize from there. Our minimum order quantities are designed to let you test the market without overcommitting inventory.
Our Production Capabilities
We operate both seamless knitting and cut-and-sew production lines. Many factories specialize in one or the other — having both gives us flexibility across product types.
Seamless knitting. Ideal for shapewear bodysuits, panties, shorts, and leggings. Seamless construction eliminates side seams for a smooth finish and allows zone-specific compression through knitting patterns.
Cut-and-sew. Used for waist trainers, corsets, latex garments, and products that require boning, hooks, zippers, or multi-panel construction.

Fabric capabilities. We work with nylon, spandex, polyester, and blended yarns. We offer multiple nylon-to-spandex ratios for different compression levels and can source Nylon 6.6 for high-compression garments that need better recovery over time.
Sample development. Custom samples are typically completed within 7 days. We include one free revision per sample to get the fit and finish right before bulk production.
Production Capacity
We follow AQL 2.5 as our quality control standard — the international benchmark for garment inspection. Our actual acceptable defect rate is kept below this threshold.
