Why the Counting Method Changes:
There is one line running through this table, and it explains everything else: the first two levels ship from stock. The last three start production.
When we ship from stock, the garments already exist. Your order can be ten of one style in black and ten of another in beige — it makes no difference to us, so the minimum is simply a total.
When production starts, each style needs its own pattern and marker, and each color needs its own dye lot. A run of one style in three colors is three separate setups, not one larger order. That is why the minimum applies per style and per color from private label upward.
The practical consequence is worth stating plainly: a private label order for one style in three colors starts at 300–900 pieces, not 100–300. Please work out your real total before you inquire — it saves a round of quoting.
Level 1 — Stock Wholesale (No Branding)
Minimum: 20 pcs, total order, mixed freely. Subject to current stock.
You buy our existing styles as they are, with no branding applied. This is the shortest path from inquiry to shipment: nothing is produced, so nothing waits on development.
- Sample: stock sample in its original form, 1–3 working days.
- Bulk: ships once payment clears. There is no production stage.
- Best for: testing a style before committing, filling a gap in an existing range, or comparing our make against another supplier’s.
Level 2 — White Label (Your Logo on Stock Styles)
Minimum: 50 pcs, total order, mixed freely. Subject to current stock.
The same stock garments, with your logo heat-transferred on. The threshold rises from twenty to fifty because a heat transfer plate has to be made — once made, it applies to whichever styles and colors you choose, so the count stays a total.
- You provide: your logo in AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG.
- Sample: stock sample with logo applied, 3–7 working days.
- Best for: launching a brand presence without waiting on production, or proving demand before you invest in your own labels.
Level 3 — Private Label (Your Own Labels and Packaging)
Minimum: 100–300 pcs, per style, per color. Confirmed per style at inquiry.
Here your branding moves off the surface of the garment and into it: woven labels, care labels, hang tags, polybags. The garment construction is still ours; the presentation is entirely yours.
Why the minimum is higher than white label: your trims and packaging come from a different supply chain. Woven and care labels are produced by outside printers, not in our factory, and printers set their own plate-and-run minimums independently of ours. That is a separate threshold sitting alongside the garment one.
You have two ways to handle it. Order the trims through us and we consolidate, or source them yourself and ship them to us to hold — we draw against your stock order by order, and whatever is left stays for the next one. Trim unit costs are low enough that a leftover balance is rarely a real cost.
- Sample: confirm at inquiry — depends on whether your trims are ready or still being produced.
- Bulk production: approximately 25 working days.
- Best for: brands past the testing stage that need the product to read as theirs on arrival.
Level 4 — OEM/ODM (Cut and Sew, or Seamless)
This is where we make the garment itself rather than adapt an existing one, whether by modifying one of our styles or developing from your tech pack.
Cut and sew: 300–500 pcs, per style, per color. The range moves with construction complexity — panel count, closures, and boning all change how the piece is cut and assembled.
Seamless: 1,000 pcs, per style, per color. Seamless is knitted on circular machines rather than cut from fabric. Setting up a machine is a fixed cost regardless of run length, which is why the threshold sits well above cut and sew.
- You provide: a tech pack with measurements, materials, and construction details — or a reference sample for us to work from.
- Sample: 7–14 working days for a color or style change. Development from scratch runs longer and depends on fabric sourcing.
- Full timeline for a new style: approximately 32 working days from sample payment to ex-factory. Shipping is additional.
- Best for: brands with validated demand that need a product no competitor can order from the same stock list.
Payment and When the Clock Starts
- A deposit, typically 30%, releases production or sampling.
- The balance must clear before goods are handed to the forwarder.
- Sample orders are paid in full up front, with no deposit stage.
- Every timeline quoted above starts when payment clears, not when the order is confirmed. Holidays and peak season (Q3–Q4) extend it — confirm dates with your account manager.
Which Level Fits Your First Order

- Have a brand, no sales history yet? White label. Your logo on proven styles, no development risk.
- Selling already, need it to look like yours? Private label. Budget for the trim supply chain alongside the garments.
- Have data and a specific product in mind? OEM/ODM. Bring a tech pack or a reference sample.
There is no requirement to move up. Plenty of our clients run white label on one line and OEM on another, indefinitely.
FAQ
Can I mix styles to reach the minimum?
For stock wholesale and white label, yes — mix styles and colors however you like, the minimum is your order total. From private label upward, no: the minimum applies to each style in each color separately.
Why is the private label minimum higher than white label if it is the same garment?
The garment is the same; the branding is not. Woven labels, care labels and packaging come from outside printers with their own production minimums, which sit alongside ours.
Can I supply my own labels and packaging?
Yes. Ship them to us and we will hold them, drawing against your stock with each order. Any balance carries to the next one.
What is the smallest order you will take?
Twenty pieces, unbranded, from current stock.
Are these minimums negotiable?
The ranges reflect real setup costs, so there is limited room on the production levels. Tell us your quantity and target styles and we will tell you honestly what is workable.
