Is this cut-and-sew or seamless?
Cut-and-sew. The full-length zipper, the shaped bust panel and the mesh thigh panels all require sewn construction — this style can't be produced as a seamless knit. The exterior face is 69% nylon / 31% spandex and the interior face is 86% nylon / 14% spandex, with zigzag flatlock seams throughout.
What can be customized?
Colorways, zipper finish, labels, hangtags and packaging on standard runs. Strap width, leg length, hem finish and size grading are open on custom development. Send a tech pack or a reference sample and we'll confirm what's changeable at your volume.
Does the gusset open?
Yes. The zipper is two-way, so the lower pull releases the gusset while the rest stays fastened — it can be opened when needed and closed the rest of the time.
