Cut-and-sew construction with zoned panels: compression mesh through the waist and tummy, a lightweight non-compression seat panel, and a smooth inner lining. Panel zoning is sewn, which is what allows true zero pressure on the butt.
Transferred fat depends on blood supply to survive. Pressure on the graft area during recovery reduces retention and compromises results — which is why a standard butt lifting faja is the wrong garment after a BBL. This design keeps the seat untouched while the rest of the garment works.
