Our process runs in six stages:
(1) Inquiry & brief — you share your design reference, tech pack, or concept
(2) Requirements assessment — we evaluate feasibility, materials, and costing within 24 hours
(3) Sample creation — prototype produced in 5–7 business days depending on complexity
(4) Sample approval — you review and request revisions
(5) Bulk production — begins after sample sign-off, typically 20–25 days to completion
(6) QC & shipment — pre-shipment inspection before delivery

We assign a dedicated account manager from day one.

We accept all major formats: AI and CDR vector files, PDF technical drawings, Tech Packs, and physical reference garments. Even a photo or sketch is enough to start — our design team can develop a full tech pack from a concept. There is no requirement to have production-ready files before reaching out.

We include up to 2 free revision rounds per sample. Beyond that, additional revisions are charged based on complexity — minor adjustments (measurements, stitching) are billed at a lower rate than structural changes (pattern recutting, hardware replacement). Your account manager will confirm the fee before proceeding with any chargeable revision.

Yes. We provide a standard NDA template that you can sign and return immediately — no back-and-forth drafting required. If you prefer to use your own NDA, we are happy to review and sign that instead. Either way, the agreement is in place before any design files or proprietary information are exchanged.

Yes — for OEM clients, we offer territorial exclusivity arrangements on specific styles. This means the same design will not be manufactured for competing brands within your agreed market or region. Exclusivity terms are specified in the manufacturing agreement and are tied to minimum annual volume commitments. Contact us to discuss the terms applicable to your category.

For fully custom OEM designs developed from your brief and paid for by you, design ownership belongs to you upon full payment. For designs developed jointly with our team using our existing pattern blocks as a base, a shared-use license applies — the specific terms are outlined in the agreement. Nanbin retains ownership of our 100+ registered design patents; these are available for OEM clients to license exclusively within defined territories.

From confirmed sample approval to completed bulk production, lead time is typically 20–25 days depending on order volume, fabric sourcing requirements, and seasonal factory capacity. Rush production is available for select styles at a premium. We provide a production schedule with milestone dates at order confirmation so you can plan your launch timeline accurately.

Our MOQ depends on the level of customization you need:

• In-Stock Light Customization: For brands testing the market, you can start with our in-stock styles. The MOQ is only 50 pieces, and we can apply your custom logo via heat transfer at this quantity.
• Custom Colors & Styles: For fully custom designs, the MOQ is 800 pieces for a single color, or 1,000 pieces for two colors.
• Custom Branding Materials: Please note that custom accessories (woven labels, hangtags, and bespoke packaging) require a minimum run of 1,000 pieces. If your clothing order is smaller (e.g., 300 or 500 pieces), we will produce the 1,000 pieces of your branding materials and keep the remainder securely in our facility for your future restocks.

Yes. We welcome factory visits and support third-party audits. Factory tours can be arranged with advance notice — contact us to schedule. We are audited under BSCI and hold ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, and WRAP certifications. Audit reports from recent third-party inspections are available upon request to qualified buyers.

Every OEM bulk order goes through a four-stage QC process: fabric inspection upon receipt, in-line production checks at key assembly stages, pre-shipment AQL inspection of finished garments, and a final measurement audit against your approved sample. A QC report with photos is provided before shipment. If any batch fails to meet agreed AQL standards, affected units are reworked or replaced before delivery.

We support full private label customization including woven labels, printed labels, heat-transfer tags, silicone logos, hangtags, poly bags with custom print, gift boxes, and retail-ready master cartons. Artwork setup fees may apply for first-time orders. All branding elements are produced to your supplied brand guidelines. We can also advise on packaging formats optimized for Amazon FBA, retail shelf, or DTC unboxing.

Yes. We work with certified fabric mills to develop custom fabric compositions, weights, and colorways. Pantone color matching is standard for all custom orders. Fabric development adds 2–4 weeks to the sampling timeline and may carry minimum yardage requirements. For brands with specific performance requirements — compression levels, moisture-wicking, postpartum support — our technical team will recommend the appropriate fabric construction from the outset.
