Rosamar: I love it! I’ve been trying to correct my posture forever! But it’s hard to remember to think about it all day… This thing is helping me stay conscious about it. One of the ways that it does that is by holding my shoulders back but the other is that it feels uncomfortable wearing it if I’m slauching. Which is what reminds me to sit up straight. Once you sit up, the discomfort goes away. So if you get this and then feel like complaining that you’re uncomfortable wearing it… sit up! I’m 5’2 145lbs with a little bit of back fat and I ordered one in M and L. I could wear the medium one but felt that it was extra uncomfortable when I was in the car. The Large fit much better and still pulled my shoulders back the same amount. Hope that helps when choosing a size

Dotsie Baker: I'm 5' and 110. this works well for me, not too comfortable but that helps to remind me to keep my shoulders back and stand up straight. If I use a thin, sleeved shirt underneath, it helps. This has helped with my constant shoulder pain from computer work. I am happy with my purchase.
