What's the difference between a trading company and a direct OEM factory?

A trading company acts as an intermediary — they source from factories and mark up the price. We ARE the factory. You deal directly with our production team, which means faster communication, better pricing, and accountability when something goes wrong.

What certifications do you have?

We hold ISO 9001 (quality management) and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (material safety). We can also assist with SGS or Bureau Veritas testing if your product requires additional market-specific certifications.

Can you handle FBA packaging requirements?

Yes. We're familiar with Amazon's FBA requirements including FNSKU labeling, box content labels, and carton size limits. We flag any potential compliance issues before production starts.

What's your sample policy?

We offer physical samples with customers covering shipping costs. Sample fees are deducted from your bulk order when you proceed. Sample turnaround is 7 days. We include up to 2 rounds of revisions at no extra material cost.

What if the bulk order doesn't match the sample?

Our three-stage QC process is designed to prevent this. If a quality issue arises, we handle it case-by-case — either replacement, refund, or rework depending on the nature of the issue.
