Customization scope
Engineering Capabilities
Comprehensive structural and aesthetic customization optimized for established apparel supply chains. Minimum order thresholds apply based on custom colorways and design complexity.
Fabric & color
Pantone TPG/TCX-matched custom dyeing. Submit your standard Pantone codes or physical swatches for precise lab-dip validation prior to bulk production. Specialized functional finishes (moisture-wicking, anti-microbial) and custom engineered jacquards available upon specification.
Labels & tags
High-definition woven labels, seamless heat-transfer branding, or premium hangtags. You supply the vector artwork; we manage precision execution and placement. All structural dimensions and positioning are verified during the prototyping stage.
Design & pattern
We execute directly from your formal Tech Packs, CAD patterns, or original reference garments. For streamlined deployment, you can also modify our pre-developed technical patterns — adjusting target compression zones, neckline geometry, or strap specifications via our in-house engineering team.
Hardware & accessories
YKK zippers, hook-and-eye closures, adjustable shoulder straps, and steel/synthetic boning — all sourced from certified suppliers. Hardware color and finish can be matched to your fabric. Samples include hardware for your approval before bulk production.
Sizing
Full size range from XS to 6XL. Custom grading available to match your target market — inclusive sizing for every body type. Grade rules can be adjusted per region (US, EU, UK, AU). Size charts provided for your approval before bulk cutting.
Packaging
Branded polybag, hang tag, box, tissue paper, and inserts — all available. For Amazon sellers: FNSKU barcodes applied per unit, cartons packed to Amazon's requirements. We have shipped to FBA warehouses in US, EU, and JP without rejection.
Fabric library
Core Technical Fabric Library
A curated portfolio of our core performance textiles. Swatches and technical composition certificates are available for pre-production technical compliance.
Modal
90% Modal / 10% Spandex
High-gauge Modal blend. Exceptionally silky, lightweight, and hypoallergenic — ideal for luxury maternity shapewear, post-partum recovery, and sensitive-skin everyday baselayers.
Natural Latex
Natural rubber latex
100% premium natural rubber latex. Optimized for maximum structural retention and high-caliber compression in targeted waist cinchers and orthopedic shapers.
Neoprene
Chloroprene rubber
High-density chloroprene rubber. Advanced thermal-retention properties designed for technical sweat-activation waist belts and thermogenic activewear.
Cotton-Spandex
85% Cotton / 15% Spandex
Premium cotton-spandex blend. Naturally breathable with controlled compression retention — engineered for comfort-driven shapewear, maternity support, and everyday baselayers.
Nylon-Spandex Core
82–88% Nylon / 12–18% Spandex
Engineered with premium Nylon 6.6 microfibers for optimal tensile strength. The industry standard for high-performance 3D seamless knitting, offering medical-grade compression gradients and a breathable second-skin feel.
Polyester-Spandex
80–85% Polyester / 15–20% Spandex
High-tenacity polyester-spandex engineered for maximum abrasion resistance. Optimized for high-durability sportswear, high-compression athletic lines, and commercial volume production.

Common questions
Before you inquire
Questions we get on almost every first call — answered so you can move faster.
Each style and colorway constitutes a separate production run with its own MOQ. Within a single style-color combination, sizes can be freely allocated across your size curve. Standard MOQ per style-color run is 300 pcs for cut & sew and 1,000 pcs for seamless circular knit. Contact our production planning team for a formal quotation based on your specifications.
Provide your Pantone TPG or TCX reference code. Our in-house dye laboratory produces a lab-dip on your target fabric base and ships it for your approval — typically within 5–7 business days. We match against the spectrophotometer reading, not a screen rendering. Physical fabric swatches may also serve as the reference standard. Color matching is validated at both lab-dip and bulk production stages.
For modifications to our pre-developed technical patterns, detailed specifications and reference images are sufficient to begin the engineering conversation. For entirely new constructions, we recommend either providing a formal Tech Pack with graded measurements and assembly details, or engaging our ODM engineering team to develop the technical package on your behalf from your design brief.
We configure packaging to meet your distribution partner's inbound receiving specifications — polybag dimensions, carton weight limits, barcode symbology, and outer carton markings. Provide your 3PL's receiving guidelines and we integrate them into the packaging workflow. We have shipped compliant orders to major fulfillment networks across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Woven labels require a minimum production run of 1,000 pcs per design. For initial orders below that threshold, heat-transfer or printed labeling solutions are available. Once your label design enters production, subsequent orders using the same design incur no additional label minimums. Vector artwork (AI or PDF) is required for production.
Yes. Pre-production samples are a standard part of our manufacturing workflow. One sample set is produced for your technical review and approval before bulk production commences. Sample development cost is credited against your first production order.
Our standard certification package includes OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ISO 9001:2015, and BSCI audit report. On request, SGS laboratory test reports covering colorfastness, tensile strength, and fiber composition analysis are available. We recommend indicating which compliance documents your target market requires during the initial technical briefing stage so we can align documentation with your production timeline.
