New seamless custom designs require new molds \u2014 highest fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-sample-deduction-rules\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sample Deduction Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your sample fee is not a sunk cost \u2014 <strong>it is fully deductible from your bulk order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Deduction conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The bulk order must reach the style&#8217;s MOQ, or a minimum of 200 pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The fee is deducted from the final payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders below the threshold are not eligible for deduction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The principle: the sample fee covers development cost, but as long as you place a qualifying bulk order afterward, it costs you nothing extra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-sample-timeline\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sample Timeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Standard sampling: 7 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Timeline starts once sample requirements and technical details are confirmed. Factors that affect turnaround:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Style complexity (new custom designs take longer)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Need for specialty fabric or trims<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current production scheduling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If revisions are needed after the first sample, the revision cycle adds additional time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-free-revisions-and-sample-discounts\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free Revisions and Sample Discounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Free revision:<\/strong> If the first sample doesn&#8217;t meet expectations, we offer <strong>1 free revision<\/strong>.
