This article explains what tracking information we provide, how to use it, and what happens between departure and delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-tracking-information-we-provide-after-shipment\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Tracking Information We Provide After Shipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For every order, we provide tracking details within one business day of departure. The format depends on the shipping method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sea freight (FCL or LCL):<\/strong> Bill of Lading number and vessel name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Air freight:<\/strong> Air Waybill number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Express courier:<\/strong> Courier tracking link with real-time updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In all cases, the tracking information is sent to you by email along with the shipping documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-tracking-for-sea-freight-fcl-and-lcl\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tracking for Sea Freight (FCL and LCL)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sea freight tracking uses the Bill of Lading (B\/L) as the reference document. Once the vessel departs, we send you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B\/L number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vessel name and voyage number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Port of loading (Shenzhen) and port of discharge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimated time of departure (ETD) and estimated time of arrival (ETA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can track the vessel using the B\/L number on carrier websites or third-party tracking platforms. Key milestones include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>On board<\/strong> \u2014 Container loaded onto the vessel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ETD<\/strong> \u2014 Vessel departure from Shenzhen port<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transit<\/strong> \u2014 Vessel en route (duration depends on destination)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ETA<\/strong> \u2014 Estimated arrival at destination port<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arrival notice<\/strong> \u2014 Customs broker receives notification to begin clearance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For full container load (FCL) shipments, the entire container is yours and moves as one unit. For less-than-container load (LCL) shipments, your goods share space with other cargo \u2014 tracking follows the same process but consolidation and deconsolidation add steps at origin and destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-tracking-for-air-freight\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tracking for Air Freight<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Air freight tracking uses the Air Waybill (AWB) number. The AWB is issued when the cargo departs, typically shipped within 24 hours of the flight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We send you the AWB number and the carrier name. You can enter the AWB number on the airline&#8217;s tracking page or a universal air cargo tracking site. The main milestones are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Departed<\/strong> \u2014 Flight departed from Shenzhen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arrived<\/strong> \u2014 Cargo arrived at destination airport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customs clearance<\/strong> \u2014 Underway or completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delivered<\/strong> \u2014 Picked up by your forwarder or delivered to your address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Air freight is significantly faster than sea freight, but tracking updates are generally limited to these key milestones rather than continuous GPS-style tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-tracking-for-express-courier\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tracking for Express (Courier)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For courier shipments (DHL, FedEx, UPS), the tracking process is the most straightforward. We send you a direct tracking link that shows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Current location of the shipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimated delivery date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed scan history (pickup, export, import scan, out for delivery, delivered)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signature confirmation upon delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Courier tracking updates in near-real-time. If you need proof of delivery, the courier provides a signed delivery record which we can forward to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-we-do-after-shipment\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We Do After Shipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our role does not end at departure. After your order ships, we:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Send shipping documents<\/strong> \u2014 Commercial invoice, packing list, and Bill of Lading or Air Waybill within 1 business day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitor ETAs<\/strong> \u2014 Track the estimated arrival date and notify you of any changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remind you before arrival<\/strong> \u2014 Especially for sea freight, we flag upcoming arrival so your customs broker can prepare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assist with exceptions<\/strong> \u2014 If the carrier reports a delay, damage, or documentation issue, we coordinate with the freight forwarder on your behalf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For DDP shipments, we also handle destination customs clearance and last-mile delivery arrangements. When they do, here is how we respond:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sea freight delays beyond ETA<\/strong> \u2014 We contact the carrier or our freight forwarder for an updated schedule and inform you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Courier delays beyond estimated delivery<\/strong> \u2014 We assist in filing a tracer with the courier and follow up until resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customs holds<\/strong> \u2014 For DDP shipments, we handle customs communication directly. For FOB\/EXW, we provide documentation support to your broker as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In most cases, delays are administrative (documentation holds, customs queries) and are resolved within a few days.
