We work with you at whatever stage you are at. If you have a tech pack, we manufacture to spec. If you only have a product idea, we recommend existing stock styles and customize from there. We operate both seamless knitting and cut-and-sew production lines. Many factories specialize in one or the other \u2014 having both gives us flexibility across product types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seamless knitting.<\/strong> Ideal for shapewear bodysuits, panties, shorts, and leggings. Seamless construction eliminates side seams for a smooth finish and allows zone-specific compression through knitting patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cut-and-sew.<\/strong> Used for waist trainers, corsets, latex garments, and products that require boning, hooks, zippers, or multi-panel construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Product categories we cover:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Fabric capabilities.<\/strong> We work with nylon, spandex, polyester, and blended yarns. We offer multiple nylon-to-spandex ratios for different compression levels and can source Nylon 6.6 for high-compression garments that need better recovery over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sample development.<\/strong> Custom samples are typically completed within 7 days. We include one free revision per sample to get the fit and finish right before bulk production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We follow AQL 2.5 as our quality control standard \u2014 the international benchmark for garment inspection. Our actual acceptable defect rate is kept below this threshold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For specific production volume and lead time questions, confirm at inquiry \u2014 timelines depend on order size, product complexity, and current production schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We hold OEKO-TEX certification for our fabric sourcing.
