Abres la primera con ilusi\u00f3n y enseguida detectas el problema. Un hilo suelto por aqu\u00ed, una costura torcida por all\u00e1. La compresi\u00f3n de la versi\u00f3n en negro parece diferente a la de la azul marino. Tu primera reacci\u00f3n podr\u00eda ser la frustraci\u00f3n, pero la respuesta m\u00e1s productiva es una respuesta sistem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor\u00eda de los problemas de calidad en los pedidos de ropa al por mayor se pueden resolver. La diferencia entre una resoluci\u00f3n sin complicaciones y un conflicto costoso radica en c\u00f3mo se documenta, cuantifica y comunica lo que se ha detectado. En lugar de \u201cel color no es el correcto\u201d, anota \u201cel lote negro presenta una diferencia de 20% en la densidad del tono en comparaci\u00f3n con la referencia PMS\u201d. Las descripciones cuantificables permiten actuar. Las descripciones subjetivas son discutibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tipos de defectos distintos.<\/strong> No todos los defectos son iguales. Clasif\u00edcalos en tres categor\u00edas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cr\u00edtico:<\/strong> Afecta al funcionamiento o a la seguridad de la prenda (cremallera rota, cierre que falta, fallo de compresi\u00f3n)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Especialidad:<\/strong> Afecta de forma notable al aspecto o al ajuste (costuras sueltas, variaciones de tono, desviaciones dimensionales respecto a las especificaciones)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Menor de edad:<\/strong> Defectos est\u00e9ticos que no afectan al uso (hilos sueltos, peque\u00f1as manchas que se pueden eliminar, da\u00f1os en el embalaje)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta clasificaci\u00f3n es importante porque os indica a vosotros y a la f\u00e1brica qu\u00e9 problemas requieren una actuaci\u00f3n inmediata y cu\u00e1les pueden aceptarse con un margen negociado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-step-2-quantify-the-scope\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paso 2: Cuantificar el alcance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez que hayas documentado los defectos individuales, determina qu\u00e9 porcentaje del lote se ve afectado. Esta cifra es la que determina todo: si lo aceptas, lo rechazas o lo negocias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Examina una muestra representativa.<\/strong> Si tu pedido es de 500 unidades, no es necesario que las revises todas una por una. Este tama\u00f1o de muestra es estad\u00edsticamente suficiente para determinar si el lote en su conjunto cumple tus criterios de aceptaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Calcula la tasa de defectos.<\/strong> Cuenta cu\u00e1ntas piezas inspeccionadas presentan al menos un defecto. Div\u00eddelo entre el tama\u00f1o de la muestra. Por ejemplo, si 8 de las 80 piezas inspeccionadas presentan un peque\u00f1o problema de costura, tu \u00edndice de defectos es de 10%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Interpreta el n\u00famero:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Baja tasa de defectos:<\/strong> En los pedidos al por mayor, suele considerarse aceptable un porcentaje reducido de prendas defectuosas. Las f\u00e1bricas que reciben un correo electr\u00f3nico vago del tipo \u201cvuestra calidad es mala\u201d tienen que dedicar tiempo a investigar antes de poder responder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Env\u00eda un informe estructurado.<\/strong> Incluye:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El n\u00famero de pedido y los modelos afectados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fotograf\u00edas de defectos representativos (no es necesario mostrar todas y cada una de las piezas; bastan entre 3 y 5 ejemplos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La tasa de defectos y c\u00f3mo se calcul\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu propuesta de resoluci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qu\u00e9 proponer.<\/strong> La mayor\u00eda de las f\u00e1bricas est\u00e1n dispuestas a colaborar con los compradores para encontrar una soluci\u00f3n, sobre todo cuando los criterios de calidad se han documentado antes de la producci\u00f3n. Entre las soluciones m\u00e1s habituales se incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sustituci\u00f3n de piezas defectuosas:<\/strong> La f\u00e1brica fabrica nuevas piezas para sustituir a las defectuosas. De este modo, se preservan los m\u00e1rgenes de ambas partes y se mantiene la relaci\u00f3n comercial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Devoluciones y reelaboraciones:<\/strong> En caso de problemas graves de calidad, la f\u00e1brica podr\u00eda pedirte que devuelvas las piezas defectuosas para su reparaci\u00f3n. Esto es poco habitual en los env\u00edos internacionales debido a los gastos de env\u00edo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La perspectiva de la f\u00e1brica.<\/strong> Las f\u00e1bricas prefieren resolver los problemas con los clientes actuales antes que perderlos. Un comprador que se comunica de forma clara y justa es alguien a quien la f\u00e1brica quiere conservar. Si la tolerancia era demasiado amplia, aj\u00fastala. Cada problema de calidad es un dato que contribuye a que tu hoja de especificaciones sea m\u00e1s precisa para el pr\u00f3ximo pedido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A\u00f1adir el requisito de una muestra de preproducci\u00f3n para los nuevos modelos.<\/strong> Si el problema era que la producci\u00f3n en serie se desviaba de la muestra aprobada, a\u00f1ade una fase de muestreo previo a la producci\u00f3n en tu proceso de pedido. De este modo, se detectan las desviaciones antes de que se extiendan a todo el lote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Documenta lo que ha pasado.<\/strong> Lleva un registro del problema, la soluci\u00f3n y cualquier cambio en las especificaciones que hayas realizado. La pr\u00f3xima vez que pidas el mismo modelo a la misma f\u00e1brica, haz referencia a este registro en las instrucciones de tu pedido. Una f\u00e1brica que vea que realizas un seguimiento de los datos de calidad fabricar\u00e1 con mayor esmero.
